We are a quiet and peaceful residential condo complex. When our condo owners are not using their homes for themselves, they are pleased to host vacation rentals. Please keep in mind that we are quaint and home-like - not fancy or luxurious. Our condo complex building itself is a gem of 1970s modern or Brutalist architecture; and it has been lovingly preserved all these years. Our complex features a LARGE, heated pool that overlooks a small sandy beach and the Atlantic Ocean. We have a tiki hut for picnicking at the beach. We have a tennis court.
